Palm Beach County commissioners have talked for two decades about banning panhandlers from county roads. As this newspaper has said for those two decades, the commissioners should do so. But that will mean banning everyone -- firefighters, church groups, baseball teams -- from seeking Tigers Brandon Inge Jersey roadside collections.
